We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and help us create a more useful and easy to use site.
We only gather sufficient information to complete the order, address, email etc. This is required to complete orders, (names etc.) The order form required certain contact information such as phone numbers and personal names etc. This information is kept for our annual accounts in paper format. Otherwise all is deleted on the computer within six months. Bear in mind the payment method will also maintain their copies, archives.
We keep a record in paper format, possibly including copies of emails, order forms, payment slips and invoices etc. We keep these for the annual accounts and tax man.
